FUJIXD has an annual production capacity of approximately 5,000 elevator units. Standardized manufacturing processes and stable supply chains enable us to support both small orders and large-scale projects with consistent quality and delivery timelines.
Does FUJIXD have international project experience?
Yes. FUJIXD has delivered elevator solutions to multiple overseas markets, including Indonesia and the UAE. Our experience includes adapting products to local regulations, site conditions, and installation environments.
How does FUJIXD handle after-sales service for overseas customers?
We provide 24-hour online technical support for global customers. Most standard spare parts are supplied within one week. When required, engineers can be dispatched to project sites to assist with installation guidance or after-sales issues.

Our product range includes passenger elevators, home elevators, hospital elevators, observation elevators, freight elevators, car elevators, escalators, and moving walkways, covering a wide range of application scenarios.
What load capacities, speeds, and floor ranges are available?
FUJIXD elevators support rated loads from 400 kg up to 5,000 kg, operating speeds from 0.4 m/s to 4.0 m/s (higher speeds available for specific models), and service heights of up to 100 stops or 400 meters, depending on configuration.
What safety systems are integrated into FUJIXD elevators?
Standard safety features include dual braking systems, overspeed governors, buffers, door lock and light curtain protection, emergency rescue leveling systems, fireman operation mode, anti-sway design, and automatic fault detection and diagnosis.
Do you support customization and special installation conditions?
Yes. FUJIXD supports customized solutions for narrow shafts, old building retrofits, and special environments such as high humidity, high temperature, or corrosive conditions. Both MRL (machine-room-less) and MR configurations are available.
What is the design life and recommended maintenance cycle of your elevators?
Under proper maintenance, the design life of major elevator components exceeds 10 years. Preventive maintenance is recommended at least twice per month in accordance with standard regulations, with optional smart maintenance systems available for early warning and monitoring.
